ef22b4cf7c Fix ilogbl crash and fetestexcept build if _MSC_VER>=1800 (#239) 
FP_ILOGB0, FP_ILOGBNAN, ilogbm, ilogbf, ilogbl, fetestexcept and
feclearexcept are supported in Visual Studio 2013.

53db6e7f9f Synchronise with Khronos-private Gitlab branch 
The maintenance of the conformance tests is moving to Github.

This commit contains all the changes that have been done in
Gitlab since the first public release of the conformance tests.
