1eeb10296f Get rid of threadTesting.h (#1604)

really ought to be provided by testHarness.h.

58eb3d776d add tests for cl_khr_extended_bit_ops (#1232) 
* very basic test infrastructure

* move test to integer_ops

* added bitfield_reverse test

5ae5e7a1fa Remove imageSupportRequired parameter to runTestHarness (#1077)

Removing special case for images in runTestHarness.
