'-list' option is used to print all sub-tests. But some test do not
support it at all. And all test do not display it the same way, making
it quite complicated for external tools to extract them.
That CL clean the usage so that tests:
- Print the sub-tests list with either '-list' (to prevent breaking
legacy usage) or '--list' (to match other options)
- Do not print anything else when the option is used
This commit links to issue (#2234).
When cross-compiling for AArch64, using gcc 13.3, you encounter three
warnings types that turn into errors:
- maybe-uninitialized
- stringop-truncation
- strict-aliasing
This commit fixes all the warnings found, in regards to the first two
rules. To resolve the warnigns due to strict-aliasing, I am editing the
CMake build system.

Printing of a `size_t` requires the `%zu` specifier.
This fixes occurrences where the previous wrong specifier appears to
work in a typical 64-bit build, but causes a Wformat warning in 32-bit
builds.

* Fix Tests Assuming Online Compilation in Offline MOde
* Update the list of tests to skip in offline mode. These tests need
to be skipped for offline-binary mode since they make API calls that
rely on a compiler being present in the runtime.
- [x] Skip `get_kernel_arg_info_compatibility` since it makes calls to
`clBuildProgram`. (these tests cannot be run in offline mode since:
*Kernel argument information is only available if the program object
associated with kernel is created with `clCreateProgramWithSource` and
the program executable was built with the `-cl-kernel-arg-info` option
specified in options argument to `clBuildProgram` or `clCompileProgram`
.*)
- [x] Skip `compiler` tests that make calls to `clCompileProgram`. These
tests could still be run in offline spirv mode if there is a compiler in
the driver.
- [x] Use offline compilation path in `contractions` in the case that
CTS is run in offline.
* Avoid shadowing `error` variable

(Patch2)
A number of tests have got their own code for checking the presence of
extensions. This change replaces that code with is_extension_available
function.

Update testHarness.c
In all these cases, the new entrypoint is not necessary. These
changes enable the tests to work or are a necessary step to get
the tests to work on an OpenCL 1.2 implementation.
While this may not be the final approach we want to solve this
specific compatibility issue, it also has the nice property of
reducing the diff with cl12_trunk until we merge.

Some of the setup functionality is already there in the test harness, so
use that and remove the duplicated code from within the suite.
