- Make it a common parameter in harness using either '-w', '--wimpy' or
'CL_WIMPY_MODE' environment variable.
- Remove all test specific wimpy variable.

'-list' option is used to print all sub-tests. But some test do not
support it at all. And all test do not display it the same way, making
it quite complicated for external tools to extract them.
That CL clean the usage so that tests:
- Print the sub-tests list with either '-list' (to prevent breaking
legacy usage) or '--list' (to match other options)
- Do not print anything else when the option is used
This commit links to issue (#2234).
When cross-compiling for AArch64, using gcc 13.3, you encounter three
warnings types that turn into errors:
- maybe-uninitialized
- stringop-truncation
- strict-aliasing
This commit fixes all the warnings found, in regards to the first two
rules. To resolve the warnigns due to strict-aliasing, I am editing the
CMake build system.

Avoid casting to `uint64_t` in some places; instead keep the types as
`size_t` and use the `%z` length modifier, or as
`uint32_t` and use the `%u` specifier.
For printing of 64-bit types, use the `PRI*64` macros from <cinttypes>
to ensure portability across 32 and 64-bit builds.

* Added on-device reset for half
* run clang-format.
* test_half - Reset buffer with ushort rather than half type
* Half - update type in secondary reset kernel src
* Remove useless memset() calls.
* Add an option to still perform buffer resets on the host
* Check for program generation failure before attempting to create the kernel
* Don't exceed the range of a ushort when storing
* Appease clang-format

Remove unused variables throughout the code base and enable the
`-Wunused-variable` warning flag globally to prevent new unused
variable issues being introduced in the future.
This is mostly a non-functional change, with one exception:
- In `test_conformance/api/test_kernel_arg_info.cpp`, an error check
of the clGetDeviceInfo return value was added.

Workitems in the last workgroup calls async_work_group_copy with
different argument values depending on 'adjust'. According to spec,
this results in undefined values.
OpenCL-C code must respect aliasing rules as in C99.
Therefore, accessing data from multiple pointer sizes
must all point to character type to keep strict aliasing
rules. If not, when the compiler performs optimization,
the dataflow was broken leading to failure.
We also fix the formatting and refactor few things.

A number of tests have got their own code for checking the presence of
extensions. This change replaces that code with is_extension_available
function.

Update testHarness.c
Test was not cleanig up all of the kernels and programs that it creates,
which results in our driver finding that the common context still has
references when exiting. The reason for not cleaning all kernels and
programs was that it used a hard-coded constant 3 instead of the actual
number of address spaces.
This fixes the leak, and makes the code a little clearer by adding an enum
describing each address space, rather than using magic numbers.

This removes all the duplicated code from each test, and moves it to
test harness so that we have single place where this information is
printed.
