Both these functions cause a conflict when using an old version of the
GNU C Library with the header file sys/sysmacros.h where major() and
minor() are defined as a macro
Both `REGISTER_TEST` and `REQUIRE_EXTENSION` expect cl_device_id
variable but the variable name is inconsistent which makes both macros
unusable together.
This change renames `deviceID` in `REQUIRE_EXTENSION` to `device` to be
consistent with `REGISTER_TEST`.

The code base uses a mix of 'device' and 'deviceID'. I suggest we
standardise on 'device' which is shorter and slightly more prevalent.

Fixes narrowing conversion build errors in test_common
Removing disable of narrowing errors in main CMakeLists.txt
and moving it down to specific test_conformance suite's
CMakeLists.txt where there are many more build errors revealed
from this fix.
Fixes a few simple issues under test_conformance in the process.

Fixes:
1. Multi import diff ctx subtest which acquires/releases external memory
via queue not associated with the context in which memory was imported.
2. Platform/Device info subtests to handle different platforms and
availability of the query.
This change introduces a new command-line parameter to enable
parallel execution by a specified number of worker threads. When
parallel execution is requested, tests are distributed across
the worker threads. This behaviour is disabled by default.
This does not currently work for all suites as some of them are
using global variables to configure tests. For the suites that
do not use global state, this change reduced the execution time
by up to 5x on an 8-core machine.

* Reimplement buffer tests
Reintegrated and fixed test code for buffer tests buffer_read_half and
buffer_write_half tests.
Added mem_alloc_ref_flags test code, as was previously non-existent,
to test CL_MEM_ALLOC_HOST_PTR. This flag was otherwise untested and
as similar tests within the suite are used to test other cl_mem_flags
it has been assumed that this was the purpose of the test.

- Remove the requirement to detail values for device queries and list
extensions in the submission template. They are printed by computeinfo.
- Require that tests skipped in accordance with the conformance
process be listed in the submission template.
- Remove support for OPENCL_1_0_DEVICE. This variable doesn't control
anything anymore and the updated conformance process no longer refers
to it.
- Require that implementations running via a loader document the loader
that was used.

* Update table of required image formats (#427)
This commit updates the table of required image formats. The table is built depending on the profile of the device, the requested image type, and the avaiablitiy of relevent extensions.
* Fixed incorrect argument to memcpy.
* Made image format arrays static.
* Utilised ARRAY_SIZE where appropriate.
* Re-named required image format bools to be more explicit.
* Made sRGBA, CL_UNORM_INT8 a required full format profile.
Misinterpretation of the spec had made this optional.
* check_minimum_supported: switched to using vectors.
* Added CL_sRGB CL_UNORM_INT8 to full profile required formats.
This matches the same channel data type requirement as CL_sRGBA.
* Overload <= and >= for the Version class.
* Correct the condition under which sRGB images are required.
* Correct the required image formats are based on OpenCL version.
The spec says that for different OpenCL versions, different sets of image formats are required.
* Print out the correct OpenCL version when required image format is not found.
* Improved the way in which image formats are added based on profile and version.
* Potential build fix regarding isnan namespace issues.
* Image Helpers: Remove duplicate copies when building required image format vectors.
Also re-ordered a branch to make it clearer.
