Validate CL_DEVICE_LATEST_CONFORMANCE_VERSION_PASSED (#1086)
* Validate CL_DEVICE_LATEST_CONFORMANCE_VERSION_PASSED Adding test to validate value returned from clGetDeviceInfo with CL_DEVICE_LATEST_CONFORMANCE_VERSION_PASSED.
